GYMNASTICS CLASS

Latihan gimnastik sangat berpengaruh terhadap tumbuh kembang fisik anak yang dapat memberi manfaat untuk meningkatkan kekuatan, kelenturan, koordinasi, kecepatan, kesadaran kinestetik pada anak (melatih motorik halus dan motorik kasar) serta dapat membentuk sikap tubuh yang baik dan benar. Olahraga gimnastik merupakan Mother of Sport yang dapat mendukukng olahraga-olahraga dari cabang olahraga lainnya.Gavrila Gymnastics club telah mencetak atlet-atlet yang berprestasi dalam kompetisi gimnastik baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri. Salah satu prestasi atlet Gavrila Gymnastics di tahun 2024 adalah Rifda Irfanaluthfi pesenam Indonesia pertama yang berhasil lolos dan tampil di Olympic Paris 2024.Selain berpengaruh penting dalam tumbuh kembang anak, program ekstrakurikuler gimnastik dapat mendukung bakat dan minat dari para murid dalam bidang olahraga terutama gimnastik. Murid-murid akan dilatih oleh pelatih Gavrila dengan program latihan berdasarkan Australian Level dengan gerakan atau skill pada alat floor, Vault, Uneven Bars dan Balance Beam sesuai teknik yang benar.

Aikido adalah seni beladiri Jepang yang mengutamakan keharmonisan.
Tehnik beladiri yang diajarkan meliputi tehnik kuncian, lemparan, bantingan, dan juga senjata tradisional Jepang.Selain melatih tehnik beladiri, Aikido juga mengajarkan praktisinya untuk memahami body mechanism yang dia pakai untuk beladiri .
Bisa fokus dan paham atas situasi bahaya serta cara mengatasi masalahnya.Aikido is a Japanese martial art that emphasizes harmony.
The martial arts techniques taught include locks, throws, slams, and traditional Japanese weapons. In addition to training martial arts techniques, Aikido also teaches its practitioners to understand the body mechanics they use for martial arts.
