GYMNASTICS CLASS

Gavrila Gymnastics Club is present in schools as an extracurricular program aimed at supporting and improving student growth and development, training students' gross and fine motor skills.
By participating in the AG Gymnastics Class, students will be trained and introduced to gymnastics movements and reap the benefits of this activity to improve their physical strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, focus, kinesthetic awareness, and develop good and proper posture.
In addition to its important influence on children's growth and development, the AG Gymnastics Class program can support students' talents and interests in sports, especially gymnastics, which is considered the Mother of Sport and can support students' potential in various other sports. In the AG Gymnastics Class program, students will be trained by coaches with a training program based on movements and skills from the Australian Level curriculum on floor, vault, and balance beam equipment using the correct techniques. Therefore, we recommend that DSJ students join the AG Gymnastics Class with the aim of supporting and enhancing all activities, both academic and non-academic, to develop students' talents and interests, gain knowledge, and acquire valuable experiences in gymnastics alongside the Gavrila Gymnastics Club.
