About
Modern Dance AG combines the dynamic groove and energetic movement of hip hop with the fluidity, expression, and emotional flow of contemporary dance, layered with elements of ladies’ style. Students will not only learn choreographies, but will also be encouraged to explore their creativity by creating their own movements and combinations based on the techniques they have learned. The class will also introduce students to body awareness, helping them understand how to use and connect with their bodies through movement. Through these explorations, students will learn how movement can communicate emotions, ideas, and experiences, developing their ability to tell stories and express themselves through dance.

About
In each session, children take part in age-appropriate activities that combine aerobic exercise, balance challenges, coordination and playful learning. The activities are different each time, keeping children engaged while supporting skills linked to concentration, learning, emotional regulation and overall wellbeing. Brain Balance is a program developed by Sasja Breit, clinical psychologist, and all activities are evidence-based and in support of a healthy brain, ready to learn!The program is designed for children from 4 years old and above, with activities adapted to their developmental stage. Sessions take place in small groups of up to 15 children, creating an engaging and supportive environment.
